Yeah, but Chelsea wouldn't be able to keep Lukaku happy if he was rotting on the bench and would have probably sold him by now (or never signed him in the first place). The same division loan deal is there for the benefit of the richest clubs. Exactly, someone else would have got him or they have to sell him and keep the rest of the league competitive.
