If he wins that I think it gets him 3/4 more games. I’ve come round to the thinking they won’t be sacking him otherwise it would’ve happened by now. They are all in on “Gerrard ball” at this point.

I can’t get over just how slow we are.. in everything we do. It’s like every game is a training ground game, it’s bizarre. Little to no tempo in anything.

Usually when we talk about replacing a manager, the question is always “well who is better out there?” Well when you look at it from today.. there a lot of very good managers currently on the sidelines, this is the ideal time to not only replace him but actually replace him with far better credentials.

I actually enjoyed the performance yesterday, we looked much better when mcginn came off too. Looked like we had a shape and gameplan for the first time this season, can't play like that every week though but it's a start.. hopefully a win vs Leicester can really get us going.

No centre back on the bench means this summer has been pretty much a disaster. Even with Carlos we are still short. What’s worrying is thinking Bednarek is the answer.

I saw Modric running the midfield yesterday against PSG.. 36 year old Modric. I genuinely believe Coutinho will be doing the same at that age either with us or someone else.
