Think box park. Big screen to watch away games / England games, food stalls, bars, space for maybe 2000 fans, also used as an event space for whatever, local bands etc, good way of getting people to spend money and boosting commercial revenue when there aren’t games on at VP. Very very good idea.

We all know VT is the most negative place you can hang out as a villa fan but **** me, the start of this season it’s grim. Never known the start of a season to be so negative.

This this and **** this. People are swung my a misplaced pass, chewing gum and his cocky air. The guy is hands down our best defender and has been for years. The only vocal leader on the pitch. I didn’t mind the arm band being taken, he’s a big enough man to still be the unofficial organiser. Leaving him out was a disaster. We saw it last season, when he was out, our defence was shit.

Mistakes or not, the guy was a natural leader. The only we had on the pitch. Vocal and an organiser. I thought that might also be to his hindrance, so wasn’t too upset by the captaincy loss, as it would allow him to think about himself and his own game more… but after today, like every other time he has been dropped, our defence goes to shit. konsa isn’t a leader and Diego is new, totally wrong decision to drop him. Mings and Diego gotta start the next run of games.

Each person gets their own seat… the seats are the same width, so you don’t get more people in. Way better for Atmos though. I’d much prefer to stand, we do it away games anyways.
