As a builder, I generally don't recommend cavity insulation mainly because I don't trust the people installing it to do a perfect job, if it hasn't been installed properly there is always the risk of moisture finding it's way onto the inside walls. Generally I try not to touch my defenders until it's absolutely necessary. Do all my defending with my midfielders, that way your defence doesn't get pulled out of shape. It's when you start charging forward with one defender that the holes open up and the through balls are lethal I don't really like the quick tactics unless i'm chasing a goal and decide to go ultra attacking, if you go defensive it affects the whole team, whereas I really just want to fiddle with the defenders. I'll try and create a team setup, changing the base positions and hopefully you can save it as a quick tactic, then activate it at the start of every game. Cheers! Yeah, you can definitely do that, that's probably your best option. Make sure you play a DM though if your defence is sitting deep or their midfield will have a lovely time in the big hole that opens up. But I used to do the same thing, so it should work for you Yeah, I always play a 4-1-2-1-2 formation in FIFA, with a strong DM, in FUT i've got Khedira and Diarra to choose from!

He's been pretty consistent since the Arsenal game in December, whenever he's played since that game we've looked more dangerous. Consistency was the thing I worried about the most after Chelsea but he's put a few performances together now, keep it up!!

Agree with this, a couple of times I was willing Clark to either have a dig or drive further towards goal when he had a bit of space in front of him but it was obvious he wasn't comfortable and kept looking for Zoggy to his left or Stan behind him.

Just got destroyed by a BCFC fan on FUT, just can't get the hang of defending through balls, no matter how good my team is. Is there a way to make your defenders sit deep rather than push higher up the pitch. I get done everytime!

Hopefully McLeish can lift the heads after Sundays farce. :? They have a much better defence than us on paper but hopefully won't have much of an understanding which is why we need to get at them straight from kick-off, our front line is pretty talented when you look at it so i'm expecting a 3-1 victory.

10 years ago, one of my teammates in my local under-16s team got invited to Man City for a trial, he subsequently broke his leg on the trial and was left so devestated, understandably. He became really bitter over the years and started getting into trouble with the police, fighting, vandalism...etc... I haven't seen him for a few years now and he'll be 24 now, hopefully he's doing OK but my mates and I reckon he went on a complete downward spiral and it's possible he's in jail. What could have been.......

Good work fella. My mate did a power of damage on that plenty of fish website for a while, he was banging a slutty cop for ages till she started to want more (she was also nuts) and he nipped it in the bud. Luckily, he's still got the videos on his iPhone for insurance after she hinted she might use her status as a copper to make life difficult for him.
