    I bought a claret membership for Mrs Villan and I, so I’m not overly worried about home tickets. Away tickets, I’m at the mercy of the lottery

    Oh yeah, been in touch with Darren who runs the Minnesota Lions club. He put in my request about a month ago Edit: and I’d also like to say Darren is awesome. Not sure if he’s on here or not, but he’s been a fantastic help and does a great job of promoting Villa in Minnesota

    Do people still get together in pubs and drink in Brum even if the match isn’t on TV? We’ll be in London at the time, but I have no problem taking the train to Brum and drinking with Villa fans while following match updates on my phone

    Do they sell masks at the Villa Shop? I’m sure I’ll have one until I get to my seat at least (not for this match). Mrs MNVillan and I are also getting our vaccination cards laminated so we can show them whenever we need to

    I know the policy is different for Villa than American sports. What is the policy for buying tickets from other fans? Is it possible? If we somehow don’t get tickets to VP while we’re over there (requests have been in for a month through MN Lions, but you never know), I would pay a silly amount to someone to get two tickets for the Manchester City match. Going over to England with the main goal of seeing a Villa match and then not getting tickets would be gutting.

    No clue. As long as I get to VP I’ll be happy. If I can’t get to Selhurst it isn’t the end of the world for us, we’ll find a pub to drink and watch the match with Villa fans

    Three months, I’ll be there. Already fully vaccinated if the PL requires that. We’re starting to work on details of our trip and I am so ******* excited.

    In our new house (first house Mrs MNVillan and I have ever owned) we created an awesome library room. Has bookshelves with all of our books, a TV, a couch & coffee table, and a fireplace (which gets used a decent amount, it gets cold in Minnesota). It’s a really great vibe that always makes me feel better after a long day
