  1. Never, ever cheer for Wisconsin
  2. I really hope this is the year the Wild make a run at the Cup, but I’ve been a Minnesota sports fan long enough to know better
  3. It felt pretty electric the last time I was there. A great mix of atmosphere and also watching the game. The away end at Palace was fun too, but seemed much more “sing our lungs out and party” rather than closely following the match. Which tbf is perhaps to be expected, I have no prior experience to compare it to.
  4. I think we have a real chance to beat all of those teams. I’m not saying we’ll win all of them, but winning any individual game wouldn’t surprise me. plop obviously the most difficult but we can run with any team in the league on our day.
  5. for me: Dafabet shirt is Benteke unibet shirt is JT luke shirt is Grealish (which is a lot easier to take now that we have Coutinho) W88 shirt… also Grealish
  6. Would be a great sentiment. Should we just play with no keeper or bring back Guzan?
  7. Perfectly said. Grealish was one (very) good player. Phil elevates the entire team.
  8. next Gen of Pokémon coming end of the year
  9. Would let him shag my wife
  10. Ah **** I just voted the manager as average on accident, thought I was voting for the ref (who I thought did a pretty good job today, tbf). Thought SG was great today. Caught myself thinking “so that’s what it’s supposed to look like” during the match today. It finally clicked.
  11. Hitting on the break gives us so much more room when we do go forward. Our attacking players can run into empty areas and we have Coutinho & Buendia who are great at picking out that pass to spring the attack
  12. I felt mine move after that pass. As good as anything Coutinho did today *ducks*
  13. I’m happy to be proven wrong, but that team selection seems utterly ridiculous
  14. You find new leadership in the squad. The American football coach of the college I went to has a great saying: In bad teams nobody leads. In good teams coaches lead. In great teams players lead. Right now it seems like we’re in between bad and good. I don’t see much player leadership at all, with the exception of Mings and Martinez. I wish McGinn would step up and take control of our midfield a bit when we’re struggling. JJ is 20 and Luiz is only 23 I think. They need some shepherding at times when it’s not going well.
