Whilst I agree it’s not mathematically certain we stay up ,I just don’t think we will get ‘sucked back into’ any scrap down at the bottom , there are lots of bumps in the road ahead but I believe we are playing much better and more organised under SG , incomings will change things massively, UTV !

Great performance for a majority of the game , got manure at old Trafford to kick the ball away and keep having to resort to fouling in the second half , if we had took a couple of the many chances created we’d be hailing SG , agree we need a few changes in personnel to get the job done and make us more consistent , he’s juggling at the moment with the subs but with more players arriving some that were on the pitch will be decent back up , it might take more than the first week of the January transfer window to get things how he wants , no negative from me

Whilst possible off field allegations may wave a red flag for some I think he would be a fantastic addition for us ,if he starts playing up Steven would probably kick his head in to straighten him out

I know it’s New Year’s Eve and spirits are high but wow there is some seriously strange opinions in here , Doug is a classy young player who is improving constantly, his ceiling is very high , hope he stays a while !

Wife is a teacher , disposes of at least 1 a day , eldest at college 1 a day , youngest at school 1 a day , I don’t have much use for one as I work outside and don’t pub/shop etc

When he gets the time on the ball I think he looks great but not much opportunity for that at this level , looks slow and easily bullied almost like he’s waiting to play then everything closes down
