In seriousness though, I would like to think that he has a plan of who he wants to keep and who he wants to drop kick out of the building, but I would assume he wants to see them all in person and assess them in training for a week or so (attitude etc) to confirm to himself that he has it right, and to make any adjustments to his plans. in my mind we need: 1. New captain/leader - CHECK 2. Poisonous Layabouts removed - Gabby/Richards/Lescott 3. Utterly useless waste of skin gone - CHECK (Nzombie) 4. Less capable players removed - Sinclair/Guzan/Cissokho, Bennett, Kozak 5. New Striker(s) 6. Decent midfielder 7. RB and LB 8. Keep Amavi, Ayew and Gana - Promising noises so far It seems to me that 2. is in progress (given the statements made by all of the hierarchy, I will be very disillusioned if those three are still here next season, or if they are, they are on gardening leave). Hopefully the training camp will just be RDM confirming his plans. I am sure he will have targets in mind as well. Going to be a hectic few weeks (hopefully) :-)

Well, hopefully RDM, with decent moral backing from Dr X can sort them out and keep a few of them to build around. I think that if we can get rid of the disruptive influences and start building something they will see that we may well be the best option for them, hopefully taking the championship by storm and then building an assault on the premier league, not signing for a newly promoted team and struggling for another year. Hopefully RDM and Dr X have been planning their next moves for a while and have a good idea of who they want to keep, who they want shot of and who they want to bring in. We should be able to start in earnest very soon. Fingers crossed :-)

Based on money we give in aid.... look it up, Google is your friend..... Your right, it is boring hearing about how we should all love each other and live in a happy hippy commune..... and send this country to shit in the process... Frankly, I want the money I pay in taxes to go to helping the poor, homeless and hungry in this country - not go toward building new roads in Bulgaria so that locals can get to the ski slopes quicker (look up Dobrinshte - nice new EU road up to the ski area that very few people use....and when they do, it is to go skiing - or in the summer a nice walk in the mountains....whilst people here are queuing for food banks). Frankly I care about this country, and I want it to be better, and not be a crowded , concrete island where future generations cannot afford to buy a house, get a school place or see a doctor. Nothing to do with colonialism (seriously??? Wow!). And we can happily collaborate with others OUTSIDE the EU (as has been demonstrated by Dave, we have zero influence inside it). Hopefully the people of the UK will see sense, vote leave and that will be the event that brings down the whole house of cards..... But then I am "male and pale" and over 30 so hey......

Helping people is one thing, we are one of the most generous aid givers in the world.... Sacrificing our country and sovereignty to support an expanded and disparate Europe is what is stupid.
