    Look, we had 14 attempts today, that means we DO create. What we are not doing is finishing. Benteke was part of that problem today but he is hardly the only one. Shooting from distance and crossing in the box is not creating good chances. We created one good chance today. To be fair we made 3 or 4 good chances today , it was more telling that Benteke was beat in the air lots today What were the good chances we created? alan hutton 1 on 1 first half , bacuna free kick first half , gabby header over 2nd half , benteke blazing over from pull back , cleverley deflected shot , bacuna free kick 2nd half

    I'd seriously consider paying even 100 Quid to see a "Messi/Ronaldo" type player in a Villa shirt. Rather than 10/20/30/40 or 50 Quid to see Cleverly I see how that works for some people , but as a family of 4 , that would pretty much be the end for us.

    The best thing about the wba game at the weekend was hearing two lads talking in the pub. One said 'If i could bring back two players to get us out the shite it would be Ehiogu & Baros" I pretended to lmfao at a text message. To be fair i would have laughed at Baros , i think Ugo was better than any of the current centrebacks

    One thing is for sure over the last 4 games we haven't looked like a team who have infighting behind the scenes , likewise we dont look like a team whose manager has lost the dressing room , there has been no lack of effort.

    Can anyone advise which suites exactly season ticket holders can have a pre match pint in and the fees , the season ticket info states Access to matchday suites for pre and post-match food and drinks - the Holte Pub, the Holte Suite and The Centenary Suite in the North Stand (entrance fee applies) I have emailed the club on three separate occasions but they for whatever reason decline to email back , i am aware i can use the one in the indoor academy but have no idea about the others

    Personally I have no doubt of how good Benteke is , but to expect to see it straight away after 7 months out is ridiculous , it will be a few weeks yet until he is fully fit.
