  1. No, it depends what job you are in and how big a demand you're skills are. I work as a consultant in a software company where the software i work on is hard to get good people for. I wouldn't be long telling my boss i wouldnt be doing shity work as i know i could walk straight into another job as id be in-demand and that they wouldnt want to see me go (i hope ) At the same time you would hope that your boss wouldnt send the promising trainee to do the main mans job
  2. Would be nice if we could get down there in numbers , the club really do need the support at times like this , especially with a large away following
  3. Seem to recall the club not being too impressed with things being tweeted before , maybe atitude is part of the problem here
  4. Yep I think both clubs have to agree a price and the away club get 25% of the gate proceeds. (Could be wrong on the percentage) You are. Each club gets 45% with 10% in the pot. was aware they got a cut , didnt know they had to agree a ticket price
  5. This is where the club are pretty useless , why not let season ticket holders in free and charge a fiver for everyone else
  6. Didnt seem like it , more an admission that commercially we are a mess
  7. Great to see Fox saying it how it is. It's obvious Lambert has been denied signing his first choice targets and probably has had to resort to signing his 3rd or 4th choice targets. If he was properly backed then I believe we would have a beast team. His hands have been tied throughout his time here and most of his big signings have been crippled with injuries. He is slowly getting a decent team together now, we just need to get Gabby out of the starting 11 and hopefully replace cleverly ASAP. Commercially we have been run very badly according to what was said we have the lowest shirt sponsorship deal in the premier league , simply not acceptable http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/news-and-comment/manchester-uniteds-chevrolet-deal-pushes-premier-league-shirt-values-to-191m-9635617.html Not sure where he got that from. 8th biggest deal last season. Not too shabby and fair play to Faulkener. Not a clue , but thats what was said

  9. How would Froggatt know? If true, one can only assume funding will be forthcoming. If. Because he had a direct conversation with him , according to Froggatt of course
  10. Interesting comments from steve Froggatt on wm tonight that Tom fox feels they have let Lambert down with the level of funding , he's going nowhere folks
  11. They reckon there was 39k their yesterday. We know even season ticket holders aren't turning up now and if you looked around I think at the very least they were at least 5k short of that figure. Looked pretty full from where i was , but to be fair can differ depending on where you sit
  12. This is where viagogo is your friend :-)
  13. Ha ha may well have been true , when would lego ron ever pass a medical
  14. I smell bs. We don't really have a "board" do we? No i dont think we do as such
  15. Liverpool have quite a few player who are touch and go for this , given they have a semi final on tuesday , i wonder what impact if any this will have
  16. Westwood > Cleverley , no point in him being here , certainly not as delphs replacement
  17. Am i correct in saying we cant sign januzaj on loan as we have cleverley?
  18. I don't think they eject people for staying in the concourse. They can if you are directly blocking alleyways , stairways or if it becomes a health and safety issue , depends how many participate i supposeYou mean like at half time when the concourse is full of people buying food, drinks and watching the tv?I think you know i dont , the concourse under the holte struggles with more than a couple of thousand at half time , if say half the holte do it around 5-6 thousand then it may well be mayhem So a couple of dozen stewards will be capable of ejecting several thousand people. I would pay to see that. Well I'll just hope that it passes peacefully, but i have my doubts

  20. Why? Are you Gabby? No he's employed to get the balls off the holte end roof lol

  22. Will be interesting to see what happens if they decide to eject anyone who refuses to take their seat , that may be where the peaceful protest becomes non peaceful
  23. Why should people put aside their own opinions? I'll be sat in my seat at 3pm as usual , others should do as they see fit as well Nothing like a bit of solidarity amongst your fellow fans to reaffirm your faith in them, for the sake of the fanbase not looking stupid now that the national media will be focusing on it, are you seriously telling me you can't put aside your opinions on the type of protest for jus 8 mins to say as a fanbase we're not happy? I can see us being the object of ridicule come Monday morning because of large portions not protesting, completely disregarding the suitability of the type of protest aside, I find not standing with your fellow fans quite selfish tbh. I bet half those who play the "I've paid for my ticket so I'll get the full 90" card are the types who head inside for a pie and a pint after 38mins anyway. They know we arent happy , if we are the object of ridicule it will be caused by the protesters , not by me , you accuse me of being selfish , i find it more selfish that you expect people to do things just because you want to. Im certainly not a "ive paid for my ticket ill get the full 90 min" type , im more the support my team for 90 minute type thankyou very much
