  1. I tried to put it on for my 4 year old but he said he'd grown out of dinosaurs as they're just for little kids and massive nerds (the last bit was implied).

I'm still hoping the price hikes are actually just an elaborate long build April Fool's joke.
  3. Forgot how much wondering around dungeons looking for a random switch or secret wall was involved in Eye of the Beholder. Did a few levels and don't think I have the patience for it anymore, switched to Civ 3.
  4. It's a very weird situation where a citizen of the UK who has committed no crimes isn’t allowed into the UK, ignoring the fact that this situation is a Prince and 7th (I think?) in line for the throne.
  5. It's why I told people to give it a go today. Wonder if it's because I'm on a VPN?
  6. I had Weird you're getting different people to me.
  7. Bluey is brilliant. Check out Grizzly and the Lemings on Netflix, my lad loves it. Basically a updated looney toons type show.
  8. Think I've watched that about 3 or 4 times. Always happy to go back to it. Started watching Murderville on Netflix and enjoying it a lot.
  9. I'm not going to base what I believe is achievable upon what the FA think. I regularly disagree with their approach to things. As I mentioned in my previous post, the way the tournament progressed in 2018 we played 2 decent teams and capitulated against both of them. Getting to the semi was a fluke of the draw and I generally believe we weren't great that tournament due to how we set up and played and we could have played a lot better. We should have beaten Croatia who were very dependent on Modric. In 2020 I think we had the 2nd best squad there but that it wasn't Italy who were better than us. We played the final at Wembley and capitulated again due to negative tactics and selections. Italy weren't as good as people suggest and I think were lucky to win. Their form pre and post tournament shows this. Chiellini ran that final just as Modric did for Croatia. In both games we were dominated by a brilliant but not unbeatable player and we let them do it by sitting back, we didn't try to use our strengths and dominate. I do agree with you that tournament football is very luck based and difficult, but I feel that luck was playing into our hands and we did nothing to try and capitilse on it as we were to scared of taking risks. Clearly we're very opposed on this and will never agree though. But that's the joy of football I guess.
  10. Difference in opinion bud, don't worry. It's all good. I'm going to get back to making my coffee...
  11. Who Are Ya? 32 2/8 https://missing11.com/who-are-ya Enjoyable one today. People might want to give it a chance today.
  12. With the players England have they should be favourites for winning a tournament, especially with the draws and locations involved recently. It's fair to feel England should and could have done better and capitulated against teams we could have potentially beat. Past performance isn't the defining factor of current performance, if it was then recent league winners would be very different. Just look at the recent fortunes of Utd now being awful, or Liverpool winning after waiting decades. I also think Villa have a chance at winning something in the next couple of seasons. We've been to various semi's and finals in the cups in the last 20 years and if past performance is a factor then that would suggest we have a chance. Also, some teams worse then us have won cups recently. Even Birmingham won one. However, the main reason I think we have a chance is the development and growth of the club. The league is likely some ways off but a cup win is possible.
  13. I'm out £50 as Makita have changed their batteries. That pisses me off.
  14. Bought a new cordless jigsaw and decided to get a Makita to have a decent one and to use the battery that comes with my Makita drill. However, the drill battery doesn't fit the jigsaw so I have to buy a new set.
  15. We were looking at the EV6 and told they'd just had one in that someone order 13 months earlier. It's not just the lead time which is an issue I can't seem to find a single electric vehicle that has a decent size boot. The EV6 can take a trailer and roof box but that then massively drops the mileage it offers.
  16. We're looking to get an electric vehicle but have been quoted a minimum 12 months lead time. That won't be helping.
  17. Isn't the North Sea rapidly running out of oil? Why aren't we utilising power generated by the Atlantic (wave/wind)?
  18. Interesting points and makes sense, apart from where it says HR and Real Estate are about maintaining relationships. That's not what I've experienced before.
  19. Either that or I'm winding you up.
  20. Easter holidays are kicking off as kids break up. I'm guessing prices have gone up due to that.
  21. You know it's going to annoy you wondering which you didn't answer.
  22. You didn't answer all the questions.
  23. Live image of BOF right now..
  24. I'm getting loads of the Austin/invasion stuff. Which really isn't what I'd want to watch as it sucked (admittedly heel Austin was better than people make out) as it was clear that team WWE would destroy it with ease.
