Obviously! Just very surprised it's happening so soon. It's hard to imagine that this would be happening if we hadn't beaten Derby last month. The what if doesn't bear thinking!

Absolutely (and apologies, wasn't meant to sound like a moaner) - I am considering getting one myself but am already likely to miss two games (West Ham owing to holiday and think we are also at home on my daughters 3rd birthday) so without the ticket exchange there isn't much point for me.

Are we going to have one for 19/20? I'm not sure we are, don't see much point in having a ST if you miss more than 2 games (in all likelihood).

Keep trying! I failed a few times. I only had 2 games, so was fully expecting to allocate to a friend who has 3 games but is already sorted for a ticket. It hasn't asked me for another reference though! Not sure if the sales team will have cottoned this but I suspect it is because the "date" for booking history sales has passed. Yep - the seat map. The greyed out block changed to without grey for the block in question. Kept refreshing every few mins.
