  1. So is anyone on airport watch? Maybe pete colley is meeting him at bhx, hope he's wearing a hat
  2. Probably his boots in the boxes, wasn't Ayew told to 'just bring your boots'?
  3. Arsenal looked at him last year, coincidence that that Henrik fella joined us as part of scouting/development this year and now were linked
  4. Maybe he (@pascalpraud) means by ' in principle, it is done' that we have agreed a fee with Nantes and now it's up to the player to decide if he wants to come here
  5. I've read he is a box to box CM player but have to admit i'd never heard of him until about 15 minutes ago. Seems to have a fair few assists over the last few seasons I was going by his transfermarkt page but after watching his YouTube vid I tend to agree with you, takes a decent penalty too http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jordan-veretout/profil/spieler/164771
  6. Veretout is a DM so I guess that would dismiss any cambiasso links if true
  7. Darder currently playing in Columbia for Malaga on their pre-season tour
  8. Denver Broncos (NFL) stadium was called 'Mile High' then changed it to 'Invesco Field at Mile High', now it's 'Sports Authority Field at Mile High' so they kept their original name but incorporated a sponsor with it, maybe we could look down these lines? Personally I'd rather 'Villa Park' was kept and rename the North stand if it was financially viable
  9. http://www.ogcnice.com/fr/actualite/24256/accord-pour-le-transfert-damavi Agreement for the transfer of Amavi An agreement was reached Saturday for the transfer of Jordan Amavi Aston Villa (Premier League ) . Jordan Amavi has not participated in the movement in Belgium on Friday to compete in the second friendly match of Aiglons . While his teammates were on the road to Waregem , the young left-back ( 21 ) took the direction of England. And an agreement was found on Saturday afternoon with Aston Villa for the transfer.
  10. Would sinclairs wages now have doubled due to becoming permanent player?
  11. Good to see Westwood back, Great to see Grealish start, love to see 4-0 to get a bit of confidence going
  12. I've always said to my lad if Guzan was in goal for Chelsea or city etc... then people would realise just how good he is, the media would be all over him, with our defence of the last few seasons he's had it tough. I wonder if there is a stat for saves to shots ratio available? At the moment only the top 4 teams in the league have let in fewer goals (if only we could score more ) Guzan is really good but my vote goes for Bosnich I grew up watching him from the Holte end, I think that 93/94 season he saved 8/9 penalties including the Tranmere semi-final (what a game), also saves against blues, Arsenal (Ian Wright I think) and I think a save against Deportivo (Bebeto?) all from memory could be wrong but I had the same goalkeeper shirt
  13. Tom Fox now using PF old laptop, Must have left twitter logged in
  14. Bearing in mind the transfer window opens Sunday night, IF a takeover occurred AND it was a super rich person/consortium surely we would have to pay inflated fees for players Maybe this is what Incognito is talking about with regards to being counterproductive, We still have to play by the FFP rules
  15. It seems Man city have been hit with a £50M fine and a squad restriction of 21 players for next seasons champion league - 8 of which must be locally trained (whatever that means) http://news.sky.com/story/1256043/man-city-fined-50m-for-breaking-finance-rules
