I think Vaughn in unwatchable. The opening scene when he was talking about having a baby with his wife was laughable. I think there are secondary school plays that are more convincing and less stilted. I liked him in Swingers. Then he chose to go down the rom-com route and fair enough he's made himself rich. But the casting director who thought he could pull this off will probably find it hard to get a gig again. This season really is hard work and I'm only still here because of how incredible S1 was. Like another poster said, very Heat like final scene but did you really give a shit about any of it?

Last night was my favorite episode of whole show thus far.

First MLS game? I am dipping my toe in the MLS water in October with Dallas v Vancouver Yeah, first one. I've been to a couple of Red Bull games. It's pretty poor live and the pace is just very slow compared to the premier league. In general the players 1st touch is very inconsistent.

For what it's worth I ran into Sherwood leaving Club Wembley with his family about and hour and a half after the end. I took a photo with him and he was absolutely devastated. I asked him if he'd be with us next season and he said yes. I told him that if I saw Randy I would tell him to spend some money, and he replied "Oh, he's going to spend some money you'll see," He was wife his wife and kids and was genuinely gutted, almost speechless. Make of all that whatever you will. That was the end of my $5000 weekend trip from NYC.

Club Wembley - Section 241 Row 2!!!!!! (cost me an arm and a leg)

Hopefully this won't take the thread down the "was MON good or bad" rabbit-hole, but quite honestly I didn't enjoy the football for the last 2/3rd's of the MON era. We were tough to beat sure - the football was effective but it wasn't particularly exciting or attractive. Defend the 18 yard area with 3 centre backs in the back 4, and give it Ashley Young and hope he can cross it to Carew. It was quite boring to be honest and I don't believe we would have ever really competed at the top of Premier league, let alone in the Champions League with those fairly antiquated, one dimensional tactics. Why O'neil didn't use his plan B was the consistent gripe for years. The reason was he didn't have one - unless you count putting Milner at right back and sending Zat Knight up front to play as a target man.

Did I read somewhere that Clark has a chance of being back for the final?
