Hey Kevan, if your still lurking on the forum tell that kid bro of your's he's living our dream and we love him for it. If he can be kept grounded and contiunes to work hard he is going to be one hell of a player. Most of us know he is something special now the whole footballing country does to and if he hasn't already he's going to get plenty of attention now mate lol. I've watched the game twice and he's still MOM for me. -
He's not one of those player's that I have ever took to but the last 2 games he has be superb, still think he'll be off but this is the way to go leaving the fans wanting more.

What a fantastic game, a team full of injuries and a suspension were still not only able to compete but were able to out play Liverpool. Proud day to be a Villan. 6 weeks to get players fit, pull away from relegation and win the FAC! Our names on the FAC this season

25m ha double it and start there! Benteke is a monster, capable of scoring loads of goals and is still young. 25m would be selling the club short imo.

I'm feeling confident, no we will not hammer them but we will give them a game. I just hope the FA allow the referee to be unbiased.

Vlaar plays on the right side of the defence as does Okore, Baker (& Clark) plays on the left so I would go with Baker. That said,I'd probably go for Okore over Vlaar.

Under Lambert's football I couldn't see what the point of having Cleverley was but under Sherwood he has been great. If he want's to stay then I hope that Villa make that happen.

He's a fantastic player and there is no reason to cash in on him as he will still be worth a lot of money when the time is right to sell. It all depends if any offers come in because at 15m-20m it would be pointless, 25-30m might start the club thinking but 35m+ and I guess we starting planing for life without the best centre forward in a Villa shirt that I can recall in my 40+ years of watching Villa. Personally I hope he stay's for the rest of his career as he's a pleasure to watch.

He played very well today but he's been so inconsistant that I hope that at the end of the season it's goodbye leaving with a winning FAC medal! Too many poor to average games for me.

It felt like Sherwood was lining us up for a flogging with Vlaar and Richardson both starting but they both did much much better than the QPR game. Still don't like either but it's the result that matters so I'm more than happy Not sure if we will have 11 fit players for Sunday but for now I'll just saviour the winning feeling.

Oops! Sherwood Spurs are gonna tear us a new hole today because of you and your stupidity. Vlaar is bloody useless but playing Richardson after Tuesday is just playing dumb. Okore in for Vlaar and even the tea lady for Richardson would improve our chances of getting a result.

Yeah one of those very poor strikers that score goals. Load of rubbish sean. Did I say rubbish? He looked to me like he needs wingers to feed him, nothing wrong with that but we had DB at the time who scored for fun with Young and Downing but Lambert didn't like playing with width so maybe that's why I'm not impressed with what I saw. Who knows maybe Sherwood will play to his strengths but honestly I don't think he's good enough. Just so we are straight here you think he's a good player because he scored 4 goals in 10 games? Sorry but hahaha.

Gil has a fantastic amou ofnt talent so it's all about getting the best out of him for the team. So far it seems like Sherwood hasn't been able to work out what to do with him which imo is a shame. I really hope that we don't lose Gil as this club has been crying out for a player like him for so long it's not funny.

I wish him all the best in his recovery but I thought he was a very poor player prior to getting injured. If we go down he might be useful otherwise I would be very surprised to see him start a game unless we have injuries/suspensions.

Nervous again, nothing has changed lol Win and we'll all be lifted for a couple of weeks or at least until the next defeat. Lose and this site will be a very dark place to visit. I'd like to think it's going to be a Villa win but after that soulless performance the weekend I'm not sure.

It was a very average performance almost as if they had given up before kick off. We got what I expected nothing so I can't really complain but I'm sick of this league, the Sky money has made the game I grew up watching a predictable boring show. Okay if you support one of the 5/6 that once again are the top clubs in the Premier League but tough luck if you don't. Tuesday is a very important game, if we can win then it will go some way to help me forget this crap for a while. God knows what Sherwood has against Gil but I wish he would get over it.

Money talks, they have we don't but that's football. I hate Ashley Young. Totally outplayed as most of us thought we would but it doesn't make it any easier to watch.
