Give me strength. Your opinion is that the board should make the decision to sack Dean Smith. Yet when someone asked who should replace Dean Smith, you said it isn't your job to do that. The point I made is that you are happy to think for the board and sack Dean Smith, but not think for the board and suggest a replacement. You're angry, and not thinking straight. Let's leave it now.

I haven't said you did say that. That would be ludicrous, (unless your Wes or Nasseff in disguise). You wouldn't put forward a suggestion for the next manager because it isn't your job - yet it also isn't your job to sack the manager but you are more than willing to make that decision.

I wonder how much of the PIF business plan at Newcastle was reliant on doing a Man City / PSG in sponsoring as many Newcastle products as possible for wildly over market value. This could be a massive spanner in the Saudi works.

I bumped into the man, the myth the legend at Birmingham Airport today! Firstly, sweet jesus he is a good looking gentlemen. I introduced myself, said how exciting it is to be a Villa fan at the moment, then asked where he's flown in from. He said he can't say, but if Villa fans are excited now, the project has barely started. We then fist bumped - and I'll never wash that hand again.
