Good... Im happy they are going down the shitter... Especially after thier fans had the temerity to dream they would win the league because they were top in November... I'm over the moon that they have haemmoraged cash on a stadium that they havent been able to have fans in, on Bale who has been shite, and on sacking Pochettino when he got the best out of them that they had had in years... Its really entertaining watching them fail

I dont think he will... Its a completely different situation... We havent signed him and 3-4 other French lads all at the same time in an emergency patch up job orchestrated by charlatains after they sold the spine of the team...

Hes been fantastic for us... We certainly werent playing as well when he was out of the side... First season in the Premier League and he has taken like a duck to water... Next step... England squad!

Both he and El Ghazi need to be improved upon if we want to keep developing and progressing as a club... Neither are world beaters... but both HAVE contributed to our improvement and progression over the past few years... I will wish them well when they inevitably leave because they haven’t done anything wrong to us (unless they decide to insult the club or spit at the fans etc etc)... They just aren’t good enough for where we want to be... But kudos to Trez for his contribution yesterday and the run in to the end of last season... and the same to El Ghazi for his performances in December

This is spot on! First year in the top division, scoring goals and putting enough work in to get an England call up... I think he has all the attributes to be a fantastic player for us

Cant see Man City wanting him back this summer with recent performances... The quality is there... somewhere... but it isnt consistent enough for year-on-year Premier League challengers and the Champions League

Why is it a weak argument? We needed to win the games against Palace and Arsenal, and it was Trezeguets goals which won us those games... I completely agree that he isnt good enough for us if we want to progress and move forward, but considering some of the bags of shit we have signed in the past 20 years who contributed absolutely **** all (Sylla, Holman et al), his contribution was vital for us staying in the league...

Jesus... Some of the bile aimed at this bloke on this forum is mad... No, he isnt the most talented footballer in the league, and yes, he is probably our weakest link... But it was his goals that saved us when we were up against the wall and staring relegation in the face... He hasnt insulted the fans or disgraced the club or done something that we should take as a personal insult... He works his arse off but he just isnt up to the standard we need... He definitely needs to be replaced and improved upon... but I when he goes, I will wish him well and thank him for what he has done for us

What a post! I wholeheartedly agree! If we continue to improve, show ambition, raise eyebrows and make people sit up and notice us as a club and want to play for us, we will only improve and get better... and I hope that Jack will want to be a part of that instead of upping sticks and moving somewhere else... The only reason he was nearly going to go a few years ago was because we were financially buckled... He didnt want to leave, but he knew he might have to to save the club... We have fantastic owners now who saved us at the last minute, and since they have been at the helm, we have gone from strength to strength... Jack has improved... Dean has improved... Villa have improved... As long as we dont start regressing like we did during the Lerner years, I reckon Jack will stick around... He will want to win trophies for Villa more than any other club

If he stayed with us his entire career, he would probably end up with a statue of himself outside Villa Park... Whether he wins trophies or medals or not... He loves this club... He was born in Birmingham and has supported us since he was a dot... Mark Noble stayed at West Ham his whole career... and he is/was, admittedly, a good player... If we continue to progress, why cant Jack stay?

Cant wait to have him back and playing with a more settled and cohesive team, with much better players around him than when he joined us. We were, to be fair, terrible when he joined us because we had to cobble together a squad of players in the space of a single window... but he still managed to score a few goals... He is a massive improvement on Davis, we need another option, and I am confident that having Big Wes back will be a huge boost to our attacking threat

We need to offer him a bumper new contract, keep him here, let him know the team is being built around HIM! If we are going to sell him? It needs to be for a world record amount... If we are going to sell the best player we have had in a generation, we need to make sure we get the money back in to boost every single aspect of the team...

Love the bloke for what he has done in the past, thank him for what he is trying to bring to the team, but we need better. Has done his bit for us now, should look to get a bit more quality and move him on

How can anyone not see having Wes (even on the bench) is a vast improvement to Davis?! Wes has at least scored goals in this league... and that was with a hastily pulled together team that didnt know eachother!
