    Dean and Jack it was a romantic 3 years we all bought into. That is what concerns me about Gerrard the dressing room harmony the looking at players that fit that. For this reason I think Dean needs the time to build that ethos at Norwich. If Farke has done his homework no issues. They may not stay up to due to quality but they will be up there next year.

    I think every fan thought it was an amazing signing!? Trolling Arsenal in the process. Still early days for all the new boys hardly any preseason and international breaks every couple of weeks. He will come good I am sure.

    Terry and O'Kelly left before the start of the season and the new lads were there when we played well at Chelsea and beat Everton and Utd. I think new voices for players on the coaching side is a good thing every few years or it gets stale. Confidence is the key here I think and that is on Dean as well as the players at present.

    I think if you watch them they have a plan for each team they play and create loads of chances. Their issue is Maupay and Wellbeck are their forwards. If they had Ings and Watkins they would score loads. I can see why there is a lot if fuss he is young and has an ideology. Better option than Terry/Gerrard/Lampard.
