Concentrate on our own results, that what we can control. If we keep getting points then we'll have more chance of survival.

We might be doing better, but the results around us couldn't have gone much worse. If that trend continues then we're screwed anyway.

I wouldn't say I'm scared of dying, but it upsets the hell out of me when I think of what I'd be leaving behind. I'd gladly give my life for my wife and my son, but at the same time I don't want to leave them alone.

D - We get relegated, sort out our squad and get rid of the dead weight, get promoted at first try and re-establish ourselves as a Premier League club with shrewd player purchases and a good manager who's going into his 3rd season.

Sending Grealish out on loan is a no-no for me. He needs to be here around our coaches and around our manager. If Garde and our coaches can nurture him and keep him focused then young Jack will come good. If he's out on loan then we're trusting others to do that. Jack needs to stay here and a firm hand needs to be permanently hoovering behind his backside ready to smack it if he deviates from the righteous path. -
Really? I think Garde is the best thing that could have happened to us when it did. He has the makings of a good manager, and the longer he is with us the better off we'll be.

I never put the locks on the ends of the barbell when benching, just so if I was to fail and it fell I'd just have to lean to one side and let the weights drop to the floor.

Who will then move on and have a good career with someone else. -
Yeah I just went undefeated. Won 45 drew 1, scored 162 goals and conceded 22. James Wilson scored 40. Gabby scored 26. Grealish and Adama scored 20+ each. Bacuna at RB won player of the year and Supporters player of the year. Chelsea then brought him for £30m so I replaced him with Byram for 6m.

Since using free weights (DB and BB) I can't ever go back to machine weights. But yeah I'd probably say it was something to do with the machine assist on the cable version? 90kg is monstrous for a shoulder press though in any shape or form. You animal.

I'm beginning to think you just like to do the opposite to what everyone else does mate. People praise Kozak and Veretout, you say they're crap. If we say Zog is crap I bet you'll jump to his defence.
