I get your point but after we recovered from the dismal opening 3 games, which Bruce rightly got criticism for, we have pretty much matched the much lauded Wolves team who a lot of people have claimed are head and shoulders the best team in the league. Bruce does make mistakes, but all managers do. He's getting more things right than he is wrong. The results are good, the calibre and character of the players he has purchased is very good and the club is in a far stronger place than it was when he took over from Di Matteo

I think its the view that when we win its despite Bruce and when we lose its 100% his fault which people find criticism/fault with. He's not immune from a tactical balls up (no manager is) but to claim he has no part in the wins is doing hm a disservice.

Agreed. I have edited the original quote as I wasn't clear that it wasn't Bruce who got rid of Lescott and Guzan but he has purchased the right type of player to replace them.

People actually spoke to each other?! I jest, I love the technology but its a sad sight to see groups of people at the pub or restaurant and all staring at their phones. Why is someone on facebook/whatsapp more important than the person you are sitting with? Makes me sad inside.
