  1. There's sadness in the name Ruge, Saint Tydfil the martyr. It was a church set up and built by the martyred (murdered) daughter of King Brychen Brecheiniog. Known for her compassion and healing skills.
  2. law of averages though innit, he was bound to spell a word right eventually, even if it was the wrong one
  3. not an oft wondered thing but tonight I am wondering if the flashy yellow lights on the openreach van are going to drain his battery. been going since before about 4.45 when I got home and still going when I got back from footie , still going now. I reckon it'll creep through the curtains in a bit and stobe my room all night.
  4. I have a fair few years in hotels/pubs/inns etc in my younger life, but i really connect with this post. twice I was outright offered a threesome (the good kind for my sexual preference) Both times I declined, once where I just wasn't really interested and once that I don't regret as such, because of staying faithful to the relationship I was in at the time, but 2 of the waitresses propositioned me and I often hope parrallel universe Marv had a fun night. Some of my colleagues though, I don't know why they were in relationships at all, all sorts of shennanigans, but then different stokes I suppose. The story I always think of was when I caught a barmaid verbally ripping into some customers, an undeniable warning offence and while my manager agreed with me, he just would not make it a formal warning and I was a bit pissed off he'd undemined me. Took a few months there for the penny to drop that he was knocking her off on the sly. It's a lot less fun when someones husband catches them fellating some guy in the car park though, but I wont dampen the saucy mood.
  5. Scoring a backheel goal in my weekly kick about that I have no right in scoring. I'll be seeing that one in my dreams tonight.
  6. Or, could it possibly be that every single one of your posts has been written in bad faith? Ignoring questions you don't want to answer, denying actual proveable factual arguments, throwing around accusations of hypocrisy in a projecting manner due to the undeniable hypocrisy of your posts. Which is more likely - everyone else in the whole world has a problem or that you are here with an agenda and a complete lack of debating skills - in any language - and are continually posting in bad faith. I'd hazard a guess that most posters would go for the latter. You could prove us all wrong of course, but you'd have to go back and actually answer questions people have asked you and wwithdraw your false accusations and issue a few apologies and then, through the pattern of behaviour, people will be able to discern for themselves whether you are acting in bad faith or not. So I think I would guess that you don't have the ability or the humility to do any of that. Oh and FYI no one, absolutely no one who is posting in good faith uses bold and large font.
  7. This is definitely me. I love hot stuff of all sorts but a few years ago I started sweating eating the rather mild curry sauce from the chipy and MrsVM hasn't stopped laughing about it since.
  8. I love hiring the red carpet cleaner from the supermarket. Such a rewarding few hours seeing all that black water disappear down the drain.
  9. aaaahh, a blind spot in my cultural reference catalogue. I didnt think derrek accorah had a mullet.
  10. Out of likes but a Bottom quote can't go by without a tip of the hat
  11. In terms of the historical licensing question on the other page the magistrates court records should hold licensing applications from the pre-council issued era. Local LVA or FLVA (Licenced Victuallers Association) records would also be pretty complete as a cross reference. I'd have thought they'd be available to anyone interested.
  12. to be fair he did add the smiley face to accentuate the sarcasm at his own hypocrisy this time
  13. It's not a language thing. it's quite clearly and demonstrably a disingenuous thing. Olive branches only work in a meaningful exchange.
  14. Just looked a bit laboured at times - didn't move the ball quick enough, but having said that credit to Cooper and Forest. Always seemed to have an extra player closing down on the crucial pass or for the cutback or turn. Every time the camera panned towards their box it seemed they had a narrow 3 positioned in front of the goal/keeper that we never found a way through.
  15. Of all the f***witted posts I've had to contend with over the years yours are without a doubt the most pathetic and disingenuous of the lot. Of course I don't want "to ask you a question or something" . I've asked you plenty of direct questions and you've ignored them all! Hence your undeniable, on the record hypocrisy. I'm the word removed you have made personal accusations about in this thread. Including ones calling me a hypocrite. You have posted some of the most childish responses to any posts I have ever witnessed in my many years on this site. And yet here we are.Feel free to prove what you say by completely changing the personality and attitude that your posts project to the outside world, or, alternatively, just carry on acting and conversing like a spoilt child. But your posts, just extreme merriment. The world outside your echo chamber is laughing at you.
  16. Can I be the one who decides who should and shouldn't have kids? I presume it's got full pension and all that jazz.
