What if 2 teams run out onto the pitch and kneel down, but what if one of those players is a racist. Is he going to be the only one standing ? I dont think so.
Which defeats the whole purpose of the kneeling bit as a minority of players will be forced to kneel when they dont support BLM at all.
What I dont understand is that in our game Vs Wet Spam,Watkins was ruled off side because his elbow was off side.Surely his elbow was not interfeering with play ?!
Well, even though I could not field 11 players I still managed to move up 2 places to 35.I had 2 fullbacks injured and my 2 Villa players obviously did not play.So overall, happy with that result.
What about that clear trip in the 18yard box by an Arsenal player ? The ref let it go and VAR did nothing at all.FFS not only is VAR unfair, its not even consistant.
I cant understand, what is the point of having a ref,two linesmen and a fourth official if they are going to be over-ruled by VAR.Might as well cut out the middle man and just have VAR.
Looks like to me that we can beat the best but lose to the rest, you know what that means ?
We are in relegation trouble. If we are only going to win 10 games this season and lose the other 14 we are in big trouble.
Its not just in football.Look at the amount of black players in the NFL and the amount of black players in basketball in the US of A and then look at the percentage of black managers/coaches.Another point is the number of black quarterbacks i the NFL compared to the white quarterbacks.
IMHO this is how VAR should be used.
First off,get rid of the R.We already have a ref ( he is the guy in the middle wearing black )
Second if the ref is sure its a goal or whatever he awards it ( just like before VAR ) and his decision stands
Third and most important. The ref only calls for VAR if he is undecided or if one of the managers requests it.
This way we go back to the old way of refeering and VAR is only used to settle indicision.
As I dont live in the UK I dont know what black managers are doing ( I on;y follow the Premier League and the Championship )
If black managers are already doing this then there can only be one answer, they are not good enough
The thing is that if the linesman flags the ref usually stops play streight away......not 3 minutes later.
The thing is that now, irrespective of whether the goal is given or not,you have to wait for VAR before you can celebrate...It shoul be spontanious.
I am suggesting that black managers do the same as players.Rooney started at Everton before going to a bigger club.Ashley Young,James Milner and Mark Allbrighton all went to better clubs ( at the time )Watkins,Cash and Taggert have all gone on to a bigger club.
