I think in the medium term they're likely to be man city (save for proper regulation) - but for now they're coached by Eddie Howe regularly field Burn, Longstaff and Anthony Gordon. They're not amongst the best squads in the league.

The greatest story in club history has an ending and what a final chapter...” They might have meant in the club’s history… the greatest moment for just Man City. The commentator didn’t say that though and as such it can definitely be interpreted as all of club football. If he only meant it with regards to City, then he fluffed his lines. The_Steve
There’s also zero chance they bidded £82m for Kvaratskhelia. They don’t have the budget within FFP for that.
villan95
I'm sure they'll have lots of big sponsorship deals to help with FFP. Their new shirt sponsor alone is worth £25M a season!
Demitri_C
They can just get saudi clubs to buy the players to prevent rovals getying them then they aign them at knock off prices from saudi club in future Im pretty sure neves will end up there soon at (course discount rate to satisfy FFP) Seems very fair
