I'm not sure how often they come around. Not during the coming season but they are every two years. It is a pain for clubs all over Europe so you have to way up how much the player brings to the club and if its worth it. Obviously if your team is full of African players like Chelsea and Arsenal in the past it can have a big impact. They're both work horses and would hopefully give most Prem oppositions a torrid time! As much as we love Petrov, he hasn't had the energy in CM for a long time, in my opinion.
