Why do Everton nearly always start the season playing gash and yet every year they seem to finnish strongly?

It's a strange one. It's almost like every season they need to build momentum to get going, then when it comes to the summer they just lose it and it takes half a season to get it again.

Blackburn with no shots on target. First time that's happened since 2004. Shocking performance, and they are getting lambasted for it. Yet, it wasn't much worse than ours at WHL.

They are **** idiots. Everybody knows that you should have a few speculative efforts from 35 yards in the final ten minutes of a game where you are getting humped so it makes the stats look a bit better in the morning.

Classic FIFA/PES wallpapering, like it.

Absolutely. Blackburn have become the first team not to manage a single shot (inc blocks) in a PL game since WBA v Man City in Dec 2004 according to Twitter's finest statto, @optajoe. btw, the game between West Brom and Man City ended 1-1. Some bloke called Richard Dunne scored an own goal with five minutes to go. VRzNv.gif

What a weird game to have such a stat. Considering neither team was exactly a dominant one. You'd have thought it may have been Arsenal 2004 side or something.

I think only 11 fouls and no bookings from Blackburn (considering the possession Spurs had) is a more telling stat. Really gutless performance.

I've only just realised there are 2 Premier League games on tonight. I thought all 4 were tomorrow. Bonus :D

To be fair, we did dominate the first 49 seconds.
