What Album Are You Listening To Right Now?

Queens of the Stone Age's discography kept me going on my overtime today, following FNM's last week. I'd rank these;

Songs for the Deaf > Queens of the Stone Age > Rated R > Lullabies to Paralyze > ...Like Clockwork > Era Vulgaris

This came out when I was at school, it's actually pretty good and sounds a lot like Yes

Have you heard Druid's albums? Very much Yes soundalikes.

One of my favourites from The Boys...probably because M. Love esquire was hardly involved.

Already got a UK version and a test pressing, now I have an Italian press

Onto this now, we were in Portland Dorset for a couple of days and found a cracking record shop in Weymouth where I picked up a couple of good 'uns...

... and Millennium's 'Begin' tops the lot.

You've saved the best two for last.

Yes, I agree. In fact you've just prompted me to play it.

Oh, and Rob - I only have these on CD, not vinyl.

It's good that. It stuck out a bit in the Country section, looking a bit more Psych than the surrounding titles.

Took a punt on it when it was discounted. What do you know? It delivered.

The track I wanted to link wasn't around.

'Whole Lotta Peace of Mind' is a quite straightforward Country/Blues/Rock track - With a massive reverb and delay on the fiddle that occasionally comes crashing in :)
