CarewsEyebrowDesigner
Cameron Jerome. How the **** does he keep getting a club? Someone 'get rid of him' and pump his wages into Plymouth. That could sustain them for a while and we'd be rid of a poor mans Heskey.
VillaAlex
Apparently Asamoah Gyan has gone out on loan to Al Ain?! Must be something up personally, as it is very strange for them to loan him out given their lack of strikers. Saying that he's been very poor for months and he's not quite the Bent replacement he seemed in his first few months.
Zatman
Wasnt their a rumour he put in a transfer request on deadline day. Not a great striker IMO but Sunderland lack of strikers is reason they will go down for me. Frazier Campbell is average and seems injury prone and Bendtner is good but not a 15 goal a season player
The_Steve
It's properly mental, they still haven't replaced Bent and now gotten rid of Gyan. Who quite clearly showed a real attitude problem for a good whiile now.
dudevillaisnice
One comment that stood out from a Sunderland forum : He makes Bent look like a nice bloke.... At least Darren told us he wanted out in the TRANSFER WINDOW, giving us time to actually bring in some players. **** off Gyan, and kindly, don't **** come back. jimbojames
According to quotes from Bruce Gyan's head is elsewhere. They could be in trouble unless Bentner starts playing up to the level he talks
Daniel
So they pretty much swapped Gyan for Bendtner? HAHAHA, good deal. Wonder why all their stars want out?
GarethRDR
fc-saarbruecken.de"]Togolese Moustapha Salifou ab sofort ein Blau-Schwarzer Togolese Moustapha Salifou now a blue-black Der 1. 1.FC Saarbrücken have hit the transfer market; Moustapha Salifou now wears the jersey of the blue-backs. The Togolese international previously played in Germany between 2002-2005 following his move from AC Merlan Lome to Rot-Weiß Oberhausen, as such he has already played alongside coach Jürgen Luginger. The 28 year-old played 33 games in the 2.Liga for the Shamrocks. In 2005 Salifou was loaned to and subsequently bought by FC Wil in Switzerland. It was between 2007 and 2011 that Salifou (capped 22 times for Togo) came to the fore; first for his national side at the World Cup in Germany, then signing for Aston Villa. The attacking midfielder (who will wear the shirt number 16) has been looking for a new club since the summer, and will now serve to strengthen FCS. "It was clear to all that we have a small squad and therefore have always been keeping an eye on the market. In Moustapha Salifou we have now found a player that we are convinced will fit right into the team. He will bring the necessary experience to make the right decisions on the pitch. Generally, he is a player who is flexible on the offensive, is very safe on the ball and can create chances for his teammates. We are pleased that Moustapha is now with us", commented Luginger. VillaAlex
Be nice to see him back, even if he's a complete flop. I doubt he'll be as bad as Pires and Arsenal have the players to make him be a luxury. Hopefully we don't meet them during the loan duration though, always scores against us

Qwpzxjor1
Have Henry and RVP played together before? I don't recall it, at least not RVP as his current phenomenal goalscoring machine, they might have been there together when RVP was still finding his feet.. Could be a seriously scary combination if Henry is still half the player he used to be.
Zatman
played for abotu 3 seasons when Henry was the man and if i remember RVP used to get frustrated as he never got much of the ball when he was there
