Hey Glaston, question for you. What do these clubs have in common?

Man Utd

Liverpool

Arsenal

Everton

Villa

Sunderland

Newcastle

Chelsea

Huddersfield

Sheff Wed

Leeds

Blackburn

Wolves

No? Nothing? Need some help? Ok well I'll put it in bold for you as you seem to like it.

They have all won the top flight league more times than Spurs.

In terms of league wins Spurs are on a par with Portsmouth, Derby and Burnley and only just ahead of Ipswich.

I look forward to your revisionist version of history which will no doubt try to explain the above away and detail why it doesn't count.

Only deep down, you know the truth and no amount of bullshit or selective dates changes the facts.

England didn't play in the world cup until 1950. As they were a major force in international football at that time, does that mean any world cups before then don't count? Someone should tell Uruguay

Suggestion to change the thread title to 'The All New GlastonSpur Hatefest'.

I remember the day they unveiled Ardiles and Villa at WHL, just after the '78 World Cup.

They were playing Aston Villa that day...anyone remember the score? ;-)
