Spurs are great to watch, exciting in possession.

But this is a tale as old as time and will continue riding their luck off the ball. You can’t expect Udogie and Porro to be covering byline to byline and then not be dead tired in the second half.

Thought Vicario was really poor for the late goal. If you watch when Romero flicks it on he's actually behind the goalline so terrible postioning considering it was an inswinging free kick.

Again people were proclaiming him as the keeper of the season but he's gifting goals away being weak on set pieces so that was a little premature.

The flip side is that spurs concede a lot of xGA, as per todays game, which isn’t sustainable.

There’s two goals on the pitch

All high line teams do, including us but it can be misleading

This is a bit of an oversimplification of Spurs problems.

Ange hasn’t developed a second gear for Spurs to fall back on when they have a lead. There’s no reason for the match to be so open when they’re leading but even 1 or 2 up, they’re still flooding forward.

And high line Villa have a way better xGA than Spurs

Spurs are closer to an elite side than Everton.

And we are on a Aston Villa forum, my point was more about people desperate to anoint spurs 4th place whilst getting outplayed by Everton

We’ve been crap for weeks and Spurs have overtaken us. We’re still in the race but we’re going to have to significantly improve to get back to 4th and maintain it.

Currently goalless in the We HaTe Da ViLe MoRe ThAn YoU derby.

What a waste of time Burnley coming up was. Honestly thought they'd be decent at this level, got that prediction badly wrong.

Too open and easy to score against, especially at home.

Kompany trying to run before he can walk football wise at this level.
