I'm speculating but it's possible that the recent drop was due to fear of what would be said in this meeting. Regulation is kinda the elephant in the room which needs to be delt with, most suspect it would have a negative impact on crypto. I’ve had issues with it letting me buy with my debit card, 2 or 3 in a row then I try again an hour later and it goes through.
