I'm not sure - it didn't look to me like Sissoko had made enough contact to really shift the ball away from the player, so you could argue that he could have regained control for a shot. Refs tend to give the benefit of the doubt to the striker, but when it comes to sending a man off I don't think you should do it unless you're really sure.
