Hope all the English side get horrible draws, especially Chelsea. This competition is everything that is wrong with modern football, it will be the same 8 teams in the Quarters, Ive no idea why they don't just have an 8 team shootout

Yep

Not a clue why some people have the English clubs do well mentality, the group stage alone is worth £20-30m in to their coffers in prize money not to mention the increase in match day revenue, sponsorship etc, winning the thing is worth £80-100m

That's an English club with £80-100m more to spend than us next summer, why would anyone want that? I hope they all embarrass themselves and crash and burn like last year

Slightly OT but that's the exact reason I don't understand the logic of wanting a Spurs or a Southampton  (anyone outside the established top 4) to finish in the top 4. They are already ahead of us I don't want them getting an extra £30m for the coffers.

Arsenal will get either Bayern or Barca.

City will get Juventus.

United will get PSV.

Okay, two possibilities, either you are genuinely clairvoyant, in which case please PM me the numbers for EuroMillions this weekend, or you've somehow sneaked a look at this and it was all rigged beforehand. Whatever, you can consider me very impressed.

Arsenal always get to the quarters. Then they get knocked out intentionally so that they can concentrate on getting into the CL places in the league to set them up for getting knocked out in the quarters the next year, rather than ... y'know ... actually trying to win the thing.

City get a tough group again. No doubt the morons on bluemoon will be lauding it as some kind of conspiracy against their shitty little club.

I'm loving the fact that United can reverse in through the back door and land a plum draw like that and Citeh get one where you could nearly throw the 4 teams in the air and no matter which way they landed wouldn't be a ridiculous final group order. #Upstarts
