There are many small fires that Starmer has kept relatively under control recently, one could say it was quite quiet and then out of nowhere, petrol can woman seems to arrived unannounced and she hasn't screwed the top on correctly. She went to Cambridge Uni and to get in there, especially back in the day and especially being black when Cambridge was very white upper class establishment, she can’t possibly be conventionally “thick” to have got in there. And I really really don’t think she was put in to parliament to “make up the minority numbers.” She was the first ever black mp wasn’t she? The one that finally broke through the all white barrier, which must have been incredibly hard- if it had been easy, or some kind of quota, then there would have been others, but there weren’t. And she’s stayed ever since, so her electorate must rate her. I think I’d summarise it by saying she’s far from thick, she’s intelligent, but lacks wisdom, she’s the victim, unfortunately of a lot of horrible racist abuse, but lacks the wisdom to treat other victims of abuse in the same way and with the same standards she’d (rightly) like black people to be treated. 8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
