Christ its absolutely ridiculous on TBAR with their desperation to appear ITK. Eastie has been able to check with his sources at Bham Airport as to if Sanchez had been booked on a flight by AVFC. How old are these people?

As much as I am desperate to see the back of Lambert what happens in 12 months time if the club isn't sold and his contract is up. We could be relegated and he might decide its time to go. Who would be any good and take the job on a short term basis?

All is Lost staring Robert Redford. Cannot decide if it is very good or shockingly awful. Apart from the narration at the start I dont think there is more than 30 spoken words in the whole film.

The LG TV I ordered arrived yesterday model lg-49LB550. As I had said cannot find any info on this set at all even the manual supplied doesn't mention the model no of my TV on it. Unpacked it and was surprised to find it has a satelitte input on the back and the option in the menu for satelitte tuning. Now as I don't have a spare cable at the moment I haven't tried tuning it but will test it out.

Dont Sky block access to porn automatically as part of Camerons opting out idea? It might be possible to do somekind of restriction based on individual mac addresses of the different devices but would need to look at the option in the router software. Sky forums might be of some help on this.

Well since our main TV Philipps 42 inch gave up the ghost last night and its about 9 years old I have had to source one quickly and have gone for a LG-49LB550. Not 3D, not Smart as I have a PC connected to it but because of the size of the TV it is replacing it needed to be this big so it didnt look stupid on the wall. Typically I cannot find anything about the TV which is a little worrying.

I am looking at getting an IP Camera set up at home, firstly so I can keep an eye on the home / family while I am at work but once I have it running I will be interested in using it for monitoring outside the house for security purposes. Anyone with any info would be interesting in hearing it.

Didn't you say a few posts ago that the "wage bill was out of hand"? Now you can call that "recouping your costs" if you like - but surely reducing the wage bill was just common sense? Or - dare I say it - "good business"? Reducing the wage bill that had got totally out of hand with him as the owner, so basically clearing up his own shit.

When you consider how many players bought for big money who were released or left on Bosmans it make more of a joke of that figure. If we had managed to get fees in for those players the net spend could and should have been a lot less. Melberg Sorensen Bouma Harewood Sidwell Carew Friedel Reo Coker Cuellar Heskey Warnock Dunne From memory, I reckon thats just short of £50 million considering Carew was a swap for Baros all left with a net return of zero.

I think like most people I wanted to see the back of Doug but by christ nowhere near as much as I want to see the back of the current owner. Not because he has stopped funding the club, that was his choice, By the same token I dont feel sorry for him, noone put a gun to his head and forced him to throw money at the club and frankly if he has lost most of it thats his own bad luck or moreover judgement. The fact that despite a huge boost in TV revenue coming in to the club we are scraping around for bosmans and cheap signings which are to supplement probably one of the worst squads I have seen down VP in the 40 years of supporting AVFC.
