No, you are right. In the midst of relegation battles we should definitely be handed out new contracts, and pay rises, and who is to say he would want to commit amongst the uncertainty. But no, erveryone is an idiot, in hindsight. . How about they didn't let the club captain to get into the last 18 months of his contract, someone who has proven to be one of our most effective players. There would be a much better chance of him signing a contract last summer than there is of him signing post impressive work cup. No hindsight required on that.

Apart from Richer Sounds where else is there to get decent prices on TVs? I was looking for a cheap LED TV for my daughters bedroom and ended up looking at Argos, Currys & RS which was a tad dissapointing.

It was a stroke of genius to let one of our best players run his contract down to the point he had only 12 months left on it and in a World Cup year to boot. I wonder which genius was responsible for that little gem? Faulkner, Lerner or surely not Lambert. Utter shambles

Worryingly Howard Hodgson has gone very quiet on TBAR since he made it known he was trying to put some consortium together which could be due to him having to sign a NDA. Now if he is the only serious party left where the hell is this club going?

Except Mike what would he gain at this point by NOT having a CEO. Steve Stride worked through the transition from Ellis to Lerner and you would think that any new owners would like some kind of handover from PF to their CEO.

I wonder if Faulkner who appears to be pretty close with Lambert pointed out that his current plan of little or no spending was very likely to end with relegation and a resulting drop in value of the club. Lerner as usual didnt like to be criticised and decided he would move PF from his current role so he can take a more hands on role or run the club as he wants without any interference. PF decided he has had enough and throws in the towel. If any of that is close to the truth where does that leave Lambert ?

Don't think Lerner can stop people leaving. I think he meant he wouldn't be removing people from their positions.

A better ball or more composure in the final third would have seen Germany punished for that display, Algeria played their socks off. France should beat Germany in the next round though.

True, cannot see anything special looking at the video. I am not sure about the UI, it all looks a little basic. I have a feeling the iwatch UI will look fantastic.

Realistically if you are in negotiation to buy the club then surely you want it done so you are in a position to purchase players and change management if required. Once the window shuts for me I would be looking to reduce the price I am prepared to pay.

Motorola wouldn't let anyone look at the back of the 360 at Google I/O and its been rumoured there is something special about it and that rumour has come from someone very close to Motorola.
