Agreed. Whenever the stats from the games I watched on the telly last season popped up at halftime he would always be the player in the Villa team who had covered the highest distance. He put in a decent amount of interceptions and tackles as well, considering he's a attack minded player none the least. I rate him, rated him last season and think he'll look twice or thrice the player we've seen so far* in the upcoming season. *EDIT: forgot to finish the sentence.

Did they both play in the dutch EC starting XI? Surely playing next to the guy who just banged your wife must affect your performance.

Correct me if I'm wrong but since you've started posting on this forum you have been saying: PL wont be coming. PL is coming but he is shit without his sidekicks. PL sidekicks aren't coming. His been sick for quite a while. I'm sure he's gotten plenty of hugs and pats on the back from his team mates the past year. Some might be camera shy as well.

If he doesn't then its a bit of a joke. Before being loaned out he was with us for the best part of 8 months and his loan ended a couple of months ago. Given the amount of downtime players have he should have at least got a decent grasp of it. It would also indicate his eagerness to knuckle down and do all he can to be a success with us. If reports are to be believed and we are looking to off load him then I hope we can get a couple of mill back of the 6 mill we paid for him. Do you honestly believe it's a joke if he hasn't learned English in 8 months? If you mean speaking English by knowing some basics then I agree with you. Extremely limited content, and an somewhat annoying Woodward was why I canceled my subscription on AVTV. He just seems to be trying so hard to be this super fly tv guy. What really annoys me though, is that whenever I try to read an article or two from the official site an avtv commercial automatically start playing with Woodward urging me to tune in to AVTV next week.

Trying out Championship Manager. Chose Aston Villa. Due to the name and colors. Played Aston Villa every year when I got the new version. Started watching some matches, reading up on the club and it's history, pretty soon I was watching every match.

Kids 15 years old. Got enough guts to write the club a letter of complaint and post in it here on villa talk, it's not the best letter I've seen but he got some fair points even though it's a bit clumsy written. Yet some of you guys here, who might two or three times his age jumps on his back like some schoolyard bullies with your snide remarks and sarcastic comments. It's pathetic. You have every right to voice your concern Villamad0, well done. If I were you I'd spend some more time on the letter, try to get some structure and make sure to get the grammar and spelling are correct. And I'd ask for some feedback another place then Villatalk.

Entertaining football, playing for victory, Carruthers getting a few matches. Get rid of the deadwood. Villa park to sound like something else then a mausoleum.( I just watch the matches at tv so might just be the microphone setup, but the atmosphere seemed dire last season). Would be very pleased with 10th or higher. 15th as a minimum.

Got bored after finishing normal in 6 hours. Expected much more, truly disappointed in blizzard. Click click click click. First time I ever say this about a game but I'd rather throw the money away then to spend it on Diablo 3.
