    Energy Bills

I'm absolutely useless with this sort of stuff, but my current tariff with Scottish Power is: Electric: 33.83p per unit, standing charge 49.14p. Gas: 10.334p per unit, standing charge 28.48p. The Octopus tracker tariff is: Gas: 6.85p (& has been sub 7p for the last week), standing charge is 26.84p. Electric: 22.91p per unit (hasn't been above 33p all month, and only above 30p once in the last month), standing charge is 47.5p. I'd be absolutely insane not to change, wouldn't I? I looked at my bill for Scottish Power from the last three months. Was £850 & the house was never above 18 degrees. Piss take.
  2. Good solid appointment. First offensive minded OC in our history. Feel sorry for Wilks but it was quite clear they were going offense over defense.
  3. Think we were spoiled by wildcard weekend. That was a very dry set of games!
  4. On a four slice toaster I imagine more heat goes through the empty slot into the third slot, always ends up with one overdone crumpet.
  5. But then you get one unevenly cooked and two how they should be!
  6. I imagine it being due to the fact they're divisional matchups & they know each other a little better. The Ravens always seem good at this. They're a really tough watch but they're very good at dragging teams that are better than into really tight games. Just a really well coached team.
  7. Yeah you can only win that many one score games before it catches up with you. That pass by Cousins on 4th & 8 on the last play...yikes. Banger of a wildcard weekend though! Possibly the best I can remember!
  8. Jags defense deserves a huge amount of credit. So many stops on short fields, there could've been an extra 10 points on the board before the half and it kept them in it.
  9. Six season: finished six, four points off Champions League. Just two points from my last four, bottled it. Almost got Europa League too, but Bremen beat Leipzig on penalties in the Pokdal so had to settle for the Conference league.
  10. Into my sixth season with Dresden. Promoted to 2. Bundesliga first season, two years in the second tier before automatic promotion to top division. First season up I scraped up by winning the relegation playoff and then finished midtable last season. Thought I only needed to add a few here and there to boost the squad but Villa and Everton poached my best players for a combined £47m so then it was all about buying loads of South American regens. Basically got a whole new team of 20 year olds.
  11. Direct link here. Second on the agenda after the redevelopment of the old Rosie's nightclub in Sutton
  12. Started as Dresden, promoted in second place. Not really digging the save but hopefully i get into this year because the first season wasn’t much of a challenge. Not really a fan of the adjustments to the scout / recruitment process. Feels very clunky. Can’t really be arsed to talk to an agent every time I want to sign someone.
  13. Harry Brook is quite good, isn't he. Special player.
  14. Be amazed if Greg Roman is in a job at the end of the year. The Ravens offense is horrible.
  15. The first two episodes on the whole are pretty nauseating (the part about how they met, what they’re like etc). However episode three is quite good & talks about the influence they have over the media, colonialism etc. Not really news to British people but this’ll be an eye opener for non-British viewers I think. David Olusoga features pretty heavily too which is always good.

    Cats...

Are you in the Erdington area? Look up Team Cat Rescue, they've helped me with some ferals in the past.
  17. Another winnable game for the Panthers. Win our last four and we're in the playoffs
  18. I was talking with someone I work the other day who has been fobbed off with an IBS diagnosis for years until he found out he had a sulphite allergy/sensitivity because he had a flare up (shits, skin issues) after eating a massive bag of dried apricots. Maybe something for you to look in to!
  19. That fourth quarter drive that put the Seahawks to bed last night was absolutely beautiful. Length of the field, 68 rush yards. Great win. If we'd not absolutely choked in Atlanta we'd be top of the division!
