Not really aware of many curry houses up town tbh. There's Indian Streatery which is on Bennett's Hill or Mowgli in Grand Central but both would be about a 20 minute walk. You could walk to Hurst Street (10ish minute walk depending what part of Digbeth you're in & go to Chinatown). Topokki is a great Korean and I'd imagine you wouldn't be in there for a particularly long time. Guess you could have katsu if you really wanted a curry!

Was funny when McGinn got hooked. He straight away went to pass the armband to Mings who then had to pass it over to Young. We all know who the real captain is.

I'm no Watkins fan in all honesty, I think he's very limited but we set up as if he's prime Ronaldo. Hump it long and want him to bring it down, beat three players and bang one in. It's absolutely pathetic how little support he gets. So many of our players are being set up to fail.

Just in time for the T20 world cup. A nice break and then will pop up somewhere in the new year. Surely running out of clubs now.

Rhule's done after this season. Mayfield is **** atrocious too. A semi-competent QB and we'd be 3-2 or 4-1. This defense is as talented as it has ever been over the past decade and the QB is just absolutely painful. Ben McAdoo can get fired into the sun as well whilst we're at it.

Dusseldorf was very good when I went on a stag there earlier this year. Would easily be able to get tickets for their games too as they're in the second tier. But if you're in that sort of area, as people above have said, there's tons of places within an hour on the train. I don't think you'd have many issues with a decent sized group in Dusseldorf, Hamburg or Koln. I've been to Stuttgart & Munich too and that was a little more difficult, particularly Munich.

Watched Licorice Pizza over the weekend and was really disappointed considering the hype it had. It looked good, I thought Alana Haim was excellent considering it's her first major job, but the storyline was just a bit naff tbh.

I would be interested to know if there was any evidence of the police officers phoning the Laotian victim’s father & racially abusing him. It was a thing for a couple of scenes and then totally forgotten about. I can’t say it would surprise me if it was true however.

Got down to Edgbaston for the last 45 minutes Just incredible from Norwell. As I arrived he got spanked for 15 off an over and just looked totally gassed. Unbelievable victory!

I'm up to episode 6 of Dahmer and it really is very well done. As mentioned earlier, it is an interesting view that they've focussed so much on his environment (and rightly so) rather than just flitting murder to murder chronologically. Episode 6 in particular was one of the most haunting & disturbing episodes of television I think I've ever watched. I just blankly stared at the credits as they rolled. Horrible.

Three and a half hours to get from the plane to 10 miles down the road. Just so poor. All the other carousels were receiving their luggage but not ours. The police had to step in & help them move the luggage too. Jokers.
