If we had taken our 'easy' (relatively speaking) chances we would have finished very close to the top 4. This for me is a massive positive because it shows we're not far off just need that extra bit of killer instinct. He's definitely a CDM. All it is he breaks forward a bit more than most CDM types I remember his really brutal powerful shot. I watched Metz v Lille and Nice but that was because I wanted to watch Bamba and Ikone for Lille and for ocg nice I wanted to see Khephren Thuram. I remember his tackling looked a bit feisty. He looked good.

I'm a firm believer the better pressers we have then the more ball players we can have. Ollie jack and Buendia are a very good 3 for pressing. Sanson McGinn and Luiz behind them will be pretty good supporting the press too.

Decent player plenty of potential. I've got BT SPORT so watched a few French ligue 1 games. Personally I'd prefer K.Thuram or Kamara from Marseille. But Sarr isn't bad and can thrive and improve. Has a ridiculously powerful shot though.

Whether we get him or not is one thing but I really liked his tenacity and tackling against Romania. If that's what he brings along with his good passing, positioning and his set pieces then yes please.
