Edit - in response to the post you quoted by me. It's gotta be a Robinho esque signing. As much as I don't like that, to get more sponsorship deals and become attractive commercially we might have to do it. We'll break the top 6 once maybe twice if we continue on our current strategy. But to stay there we need to compete financially in terms of revenue.
We need to get into the conversation of title contenders every season. Otherwise it'll be £20m - £30m commercial deals instead of the £75m +.
