Pretty sure he did some good defensive work also, tracked and cut out a few passes if I remember rightly. I think some posters have predetermined prejudices that makes them see something else.

Match sharpness counts for a lot especially in the Premier League. Hause is a dependable defender. £3m and he's solid against Kane and Son. Sheesh!

I can actually see Nakamba being moved on, to accommodate a higher caliber CDM/CM, a better version of himself. Probably not good enough to start all games, but good enough to start somewhere else IMO. Ideally you'd like to keep him around but it will be increasingly difficult to keep everyone happy, and I feel he deserves more playing time. @JAMAICAN-VILLAN sorry I wasn't sure if you were sure you got your point across.

No he doesn't. Luiz this season has had to deal with McGinn's lack of tracking and his huffing and puffing because he hasn't been able to pace himself through a game. Palace's first goal McGinn poor control then brain freeze and they score. Second half he made lots of poor passes gave the ball away cheaply numerous times. McGinn needs too much time and space yesterday he got that so looked effective. On evidence his performance yesterday when compared to his other performances this season was an outlier. 7 good games in 30 odd is not a good return.

I disagree with this he's had about 6/7 good games. Yesterday he was good after about 20 minutes. Nakamba was at fault for the goal yesterday but McGinn also bounced off Bergweijn when he tried to tackle him. Against Chelsea I'd like to see Nakamba and Luiz to see the difference so we can compare. At times this season it would have been nice to see Luiz Nakamba McGinn too as I think Nakamba just makes us more solid and how can you say no to that smile.

It's a sort of a free hit game I wouldn't mind seeing Wesley start and one youngster who isn't involved in the fa youth cup.

9 away wins this season. Might not get as many next season as fans will be back in. Hopefully our home form picks up though.

He helped Bertie today with his talking. He was constantly telling Bertie where to be on the pitch etc. Something to think about for Cash maybe next season. Konsa is class.

I think a deeper role might help him prolong his career in terms of success. He hasn't got the athleticism to play higher up. This way he can be a deep lying playmaker as his passing is still good.

His best performance of the season imo. Especially after they scored. A few wayward confusing wtf passes but overall he was very good.

Don't care - he is world class. I never feel worried when he is 1 -1 with an attacker.

I like Ross. I don't mind him sometimes it doesn't work out. However no one deny can the impact he would have had at bodymoor heath. Seeing his skill , technique etc would have helped some of the players improve. Wish him well in whatever he does. I hope his career isn't a waste and he can perform solidly.
