I don't have anything us signing Tammy Abraham potentially. I just think we can buy better for half the price of the alleged £40m. Or for £40m we can get someone like Belloti (his release clause used to be around £60m but pandemic maths). If not him there the likes of Berisha and Koita from RB Salzburg who will cost much less than the £40m we'd spend on Tammy.

After last season I believe he wants to win the League title. Don't be surprised if we mount a sustained top 6/7 challenge this season with some flirtations with the top spot. All in readiness for next season 22/23 for the real title tilt.

The thing is he will win more titles and trophies with man city than he will with us. Liverscum, scumchester United, Chelsea, are for the last 20 years always seen as title challengers even arsenal are. That's what needs to be ingrained into our club. However we smashed them and had chance after chance after chance to really bury them in the chase for top 4. 3 players walked off looking pissed - Barry, Young and Milner. They looked vexed because we should have won the match after a brilliant performance where we dominated the whole game except 15 minutes where they scored 2. That's where we need to be. And that's where Jack is. He's a title challenging player.

Not for me. Jack is elite level now. He wins you matches and I think he's ready to win titles. We'd have to bring in someone like Messi, Haaland or Mbappe that calibre of player to truly replace Jack. That's why last season I wanted us to go all out for Cavani as he's still an elite performer but with that winning mentality that Jack has. We could do with finding a Bruno Fernandes (sabre toothed knobend) , who has been worth his weight in gold.

Looking at it from another angle - Jack has improved year on year and has been rewarded accordingly. This shows if the others improve they too will be rewarded too.
