    Another example of the incredible job Smith and his backroom team are doing with the players in the squad. It's so satisfying to see players actually improve tactically and technically while they are here, we've had so many managers over the years where not a single player really improved under their guidance. I hope we get to see some more of Targett's quality going forward in the next few games as well now.

    He changed his tactics based on the personnel available and the opposition to halt a string of unlucky results and get our season right back on track. Are we supposed to be smashing every team by 3+ to nil every match in your mind?

    You're giving them far too much credit there, they can barely plan a set piece routine, let alone an orchestrated brush with relegation to keep interest high. This is a team who announced the closure and reopening of their entire academy over the course of 24 hours. I think it's more that the rain that pisses through the hole in the roof gets colder over winter and it hurts performances.

    Would've been nice for one more race where there's some interest in the inter-team Merc battle, can't blame him at all for doing everything possible to get back in the seat in time. He wouldn't be Hamilton if he didn't. As a side note he's signed Loeb to his new Xtreme E racing team, I haven't looked into the format in detail but it seems like just about the strongest signing he could make.

    Strongly disagree that we're regularly doing anything of the sort. 5 games is a tiny sample size. Maybe if we're doing the same thing over the entire season but it hasn't been, nobody was extrapolating our 3 consecutive away clean sheets at the start of the season and thinking we wouldn't concede an away goal all season, similarly the goals we've conceded from very low xG chances should be viewed in the context that it's unlikely to continue to happen.

    Half the goals we've conceded in the last 5 games have been worldies. We've conceded relatively few good goalscoring chances really and the man who scores all of Wolves' goals is out indefinitely

    For anyone with Liverpool players, which is very probably everyone, this guy has been posting their lineups ahead of time with alarming accuracy. Supposedly he knows someone at Melwood and they play a short training game with the starting XI playing together the day before a match.

    Ugh, they're a gnat's bollock hair's width away from implementing Bernie's random water cannons at this point. Formula Mario Kart 2021 RE Mazepin - I'd be shocked if he's punished for that by Haas, he'll just keep getting away with being a little turd. Annoyingly he's bought masses more time in F1 cars than Mick has had so he might even start the season off relatively okay, hopefully it won't be long before he's getting outclassed though.

    I can't remember every race this season but Max was 2nd in Austria when he had a mechanical issue IIRC. I thought he retired but he could well have just limped round and finished Edit - Never mind, just realised there were 2 races at the RB ring this year. I understand now Looking at it though, the races when Bottas was ahead it was 1 place maximum most of the time but the other way round it was a big gap several times. I really feel like with the pressure of fighting for a title the cars are close enough for Max to take Bottas over a season in a world without HAM

    I think it depends on how that would effect the likelihood of Max having a DNF. He's had the beating of Bottas all season when both finish. Without HAM he'd be off in clear air away from danger much more often, he has been on the podium every time he's finished this season other than Turkey I think.

    Martinez would be the best penalty taker I bet, keepers take millions of them against eachother in training, especially backup keepers. But he'll never get a chance to take them because the shit storm having your keeper take penalties would cause, with people bleating about how disrespectful it is.
