Thanks mate for the advice. As frustrating as it is I am going to start over again. I have been doing some reading and I think I am still playing the game too quickly (I am very prone to this). Im going to pay more attention to players roles and developing my tactics pre season. Can I ask, how long do you spend on each game preparing.

Im super pumped for this game.... for various reasons (work and living in oz mainly) I have not seen Villa win since (insert drumroll here) ...... Bournemouth this time last year. Yes i did.... few others that will struggle to admit it. People put themselves in a corner when they viciously slag off a player. Nearly all our players aren't as bad as they appear. Total lack of confidence will destroy any player. Unfortunately we have a squad full of them.
