Do we really need to get rid of Westwood? He hasnt got a toxic attitude and he isnt a bad influence on others as far as I'm aware. At this point there is competition for places even more so if we bring in 1 or 2 more in the midfield. The way it goes from there is he fights for his spot, if he is good enough he gets in if not he warms the bench or plays reserves. Then he is either happy or unhappy with his role, and he stays or asks to go..... but 'get rid' of a decent player that conducts himself well and tries hard, when we are in the championship and have a minimum of 48 games to play, seems a tad trigger happy to me.
