Well if you look back now at least Lambert managed to keep us in the PL. The three managers that followed him were worse!

No its a total lack of investment, and a toxic culture, and an absent owner who employed buffoons to run our club that sees us in our current situation. Westwood would fit nicely into a side that had Benteke, Delph and some other quality..... westwood is one of the last people id blame.

Less than 2 years ago his form was very good, he played solidly for Lambert and was one of our better players. We have always made fun of him because we fans have the mentality of a big club.... the thing is we arent a big club anymore. We are in the championship and Westwood will make a very good player in the championship. Keep him, get promoted and a year from now we can argue if he is good enough for the premier league.

So how's this..... in the winter transfer window of 2019 my best striker Pohjanpalo had a release clause in his contract for 13.25 mill triggered by bayern after refusing to sign a decent contract offer from me. Im now in January 2020 (the following transfer window) and Sunderland have just bought him for 7.5mill after making just 4 appearances for bayern. Im 5th and Sunderland are 9th...... wtf just plain simple wtf! If he hadnt left me i reckon id be winning the league right now

Just won the capital one cup against Tottenham. 1-0 goal from a penalty. Season 4 with Nottingham got a trophy amd sitting 10th in the PL with 10 games left in the season. Buy of the season is a guy called Joel Pohjanpalo ..... absolute beast of a striker. He has 15 goals and 13 assists!

I may be clutching at straws here and i certainly am in the camp of wanting Gabby gone..... but if anyone could humble Gabby into pulling his head in it might just be Stan.... even with just his presence in the change rooms might be enough to control his attitude and make him try harder

While I agree with you wholeheartedly from a making a stand and paving the way for a new beginning surely we can find someone to take him on if we pay part wages...... no point throwing away good money remember we are saving up so we can be the best team in the world (we're going to need lors and lots of money $$$$$$)

More than happy to mate just thought calling me childish and pathetic may have been taking my opinion a bit too personally but happy to accept i chose to write a concise statement that didnt outline my thoughts very well.... here's hoping for happy times ahead. We all support the Villa proudly.

He has thrown some spare change and put his name to it, he could of easily done it anonymously like everybody else does. I do take your point but I have long had an issue with wealthy people not sparing a bit more... but that is a whole other topic.

So he donates 1/60th of his weekly income and im meant to be impressed. Ive given more than 1/60th of my weekly income to multiple good causes and never got recognised for it.... mind you i didnt do it for recognition. Sorry Gabby your a tightass give one weeks wages (which you didnt earn anyway) then maybe I'll tip my hat to you.....

Well I have got Forest back into the PL feel pretty darn proud too. After hours and hours of study i think i have some solid tactics. 3 games into my 1st PL season 2 wins and a loss (1-0 to chelski).... best part is i absolutely love my squad, its well balanced and i have 0 superstars.....

From what very little I actually know about Mr. Hollis I wouldnt be surprised if he was offered a job but turned it down as he knows the limit of his capabilities.... selling a business in the shit was right up his alley..... running an aspiring football club..... well im probably better equipped with all my FM experience.

Unfortunately i havnt seen much of Luongo as he hasnt played in Australia for a while but what i have seen i like very much. He stepped into our national team and wasn't intimidated in the slightest, i think both Luongo or Mooy would be good in our new midfield, but hey i am Aussie and pretty biased when it comes to our players. I think we are underestimated on the whole but we are born competitors.
