    It doesn't sit well with me that they have tried to rewrite the whole process of 2022 towards a new badge as merely a badge for the kit for one season while we keep the shit old one. I love everything at the club right now but I really dislike this decision and the way it has been handled.

    Agree. I just find it weird. Big city with a big famous club known around the globe so you would think the local media would be on board with the two feeding off each other in a more positive way

    Here in Ireland local media tend to big up the local sports teams. I always feel like the Birmingham Live doesn't really big up Villa?

    It is an architect vision of what the new stand will look like when complete in 2 years time. Calm down about the badge used in the video! The club crest will just about be the last thing to go on the stand FFS and will reflect whatever is the club crest at the time.

    Our idiot could have been winning trophies with us if he had shown some loyalty. He got to play in two major finals with us and that was when we weren't near the position we are in now. We were the coming team in 2021 just as we are the coming team now. If he had stayed another year or two we probably would have been further on than we are now. He took the easy option with a club that has won the lotto and always come for any good player we had since 2009. Such a slap in the face what he did to us. And our idiot was looking to get out for years before then too. Have no time for him at all.

    Hopefully they either keep the new one or improve it (turn thr lion left, sort thr monochrome version etc) or St the very least ditch the Lerner one

    Laughable. The villa way...Still incredible that we were done for tapping up James Beattie, the only Club so punished, in the 2000s given how often if happened to us!

    Has something changed? Why do people now think he wants the Saudi move? I am not seeing any evidence- same position as last week and club negotiation on the fee?

    A lot has gone wrong in the world in the age of social media and disinformation. It's why I don't like to see the bashing of trained journalists and the constant dismissal of journalism.

    The oldies among us will remember Pierre van Hooijdonk going on strike in 1998 and then having to return to their squad 3 months later. They went down.

    I Don't see why anybody would choose to ignore the experts on climate change. I mean, why would you ignore it? If you love your children you imagine you would err on the side of caution and you try to do your bit for the environment and their future. Yet, on social media, I see so many complete and utterly morons deny climate change. The very worst describe it as 'weather' or sayidiotic things like 'it snowed here in January'. Stupidity seems to have become a real right wing trope in the social media age.

    Hate the way they do that. And a lot of the content that used to be available on YouTube isn't there any more. In the good old days you could buy a DVD and keep it for whenever you wanted to watch.
