Shown a lot of character, could of spar his dummy out/slagged the club ect. Has been treated in all fairness disgustingly by our club. Fair play to him in just getting his head down, working hard & taking the chance handed to him. A lot of modern pros should take note

Love how he constantly talks & organises the defence. Yesterday he was calling for the back four to press up the pitch, seems to have a great footballing brain on him. I can't wait for him to get a goal, he'll go mental

Thing I notice most about him is that he doesn't panic when under pressure with the ball. He also gets round the pitch brilliantly, 600k well spent!

Because there's been no mention of him in mainstream media all summer. He steps up his rehab & all of a sudden there's been "speculation"....from where? It's not a negative post. It's being able to see the PR spin But its an interview done with the club. He hasn't been interviewed by another media outlet so if he is trying to remind the world that he exists doing an interview with the club website isn't exactly going to be widespread enough to do that. He would provide us with some depth too, that would mean Moses, Nzogbia,Grealish & Bacuna would be fighting it out for a wide role. Those aren't bad options for those positions

I think with some instruction from Keane he could be a decent DM. Few games I saw him in he didn't really do anything wrong nor earth shatteringly special, one of those players that does the dirty work. It's a bit like when Bouma was brought in by Dol, we all know he was a good player but looked awful under Dol's management. I believe Bouma said once Mon came in & he was actually coached in what role he wanted he improved a lot
