  1. Negredo yes, I was upgrading the one ursine sword and needed that. After half an hour I went into the inventory & I had the plans anyway
  2. I'm currently on peaking program for a meet squat/push/pull Looking at hitting 140kg bench/ 210 squat/ 250 Deadlift at body weight of about 90kg. Waiting for the call on bench seems to last a life time...No bro benching hahaha
  3. Interesting that you dont use an intra shake, you dont add them to the diets/programs you create either? Nope. I guess I haven't done enough research on their efficacy to justify it. I find that I do fine just sipping water throughout. I never feel like I run out of gas before the end of a session either. I took BCAAs for a while but didn't feel like they did anything for me. I agree with that, I think most products probably don't show obvious signs of working apart from your heavy stim based pre-workouts for obvious reasons. I've done a lot of reading into certain supplements especially if I choose to take them so I actually know the reasoning behind my decision. For instance atm i'm cutting and I really want to try and maintain as much muscle as possible so I've been supplementing BCAAs during my workouts with water and 5g of l-glutamine either side of my workout as they help prevent the muscle from being broken down...... The catch is though that because I haven't cut before using exactly the same diet/training/cardio regime minus the added supplements then I really don't know if they are doing anything extra for me but mentally the added help I think i'm getting is really positive. No substitute for a proper diet and training but I consider these sorts of supplements the icing on the cake. (A vegatable based one atm) Bcaa's aren't supposed to do anything for you in terms of stimulation. I prefer to train fasted and I use exceed from myprotein as it has bcaa/electrolytes/B vitamins...pre work outs formulas are just over priced caffeine, virtually all supplements are BS.
  4. Also yes I have those saddle bags I think the max inventory level is 160 which I've had for ages.
  5. Gave up on that too, I really can't be arsed sailing for ages just to get some loot I can barely carry from smuggler's caches/spoils of war that I'd only sell anyway. From what I gather, the Zerrikanian saddlebags that add +100 weight are the best you can get, which gave me just enough to carry all the mastercrafted Cat and Ursine armor/weaponry whilst equipping the Wolven one. Had to sell the Griffin armor set off just to make space which was rather annoying having spent ages finding it all, but I reconciled it in my head that having the option of Cat/Ursine/Wolf gives you one each of light/medium/heavy armor to choose between (and the Wolven one's base stats are that much better that you don't really need the Griffin set by then anyway). Still, like you say it would have been good to have even just one central storage point, like a wardrobe at Kaer Morhen or something. The skill points are absolutely worth your time though, if you build your character around your playstyle. I ran into a level 42 archgriffin yesterday, it was probably the toughest fight I've had in the game but the combination of skills and greater mutagens I've got gives me +80% attack power, +40% sign intensity, +950 health with a massive chance to critical and cause bleeding through fast attacks. I wouldn't have made a dent on the thing otherwise, as it was I could cast Quen to protect myself, dodge around and wait for an opportunity to get a few hits in and let bleeding do the rest. Also, if you put 3 skill points into the initial level of Axii, you can then successfully influence/Jedi mind-trick absolutely everyone in the game when the dialogue option comes up. My bad...what I meant by the skill points was that I haven't put any into the Alchemy ones. I know the mutagens help craft good potions/buffs. Witcher is about preparing for a battle but by the time you stumble across an enemy it's too late as they game doesn't let you equip oils mid battle.
  6. You just described my hell... In fact I'd be a happy man if crunchy food in general didn't exist anymore
  7. Anyone been watching Penny Dreadful? Brilliant show
  8. I'll never understand popcorn in cinemas...let's sell the noisiest food possible while you're there to watch the movie. I genuinely F*****g hate the stuff...I do have severe Misophonia, I've even been to hearing clinics for them to run tests on me...good luck to my soon to be wife haha
  9. I haven't been back to this in a few days...think I'm going to end up just trading it in. I can't be bothered with all the riddler stuff which probably makes up most of the game.
  10. I must of dumped about 50 red mutagens yesterday, the crafting does actually get over looked in this quite a bit (besides the obvious stuff) & I haven't used one skill point on my character either, seems totally pointless to me. I'm almost going to give up going to the undiscovered locations when at sea, I go....loot them then immediately dump everything I picked up. It's a shame you don't have a base per area to store armor/swords. I have the griffin to superior & the bear in my inventory but I can barely pick anything up now. I did do some clearing of my inventory yesterday but it's kinda lame you have to carry everything. Re farming, I just can't be bothered with that kind of stuff when the exploits are found in games.
  11. If this is true it's exactly what I was talking about us needing to go in stronger for players. Haven't heard of him in truth but from the clip I like the fact he gets the ball moving after 2/3 touches
  12. If we can keep him fit it'll be s good buy for the money mentioned. Would be happy with this
  13. I didn't say it was a problem/I even posted I know they want the best deal possible. But if they want the player & he's one you want to get in more than say option B you have to be firm, being firm doesn't mean you're pay over the odds. Like the process I recently went through buying a bigger house, I'll pay this amount if we can agree on this These stipulations while getting the deal ironed out.
  14. I wouldn't say Ian Taylor did much before his move to villa & he was 25+ at the time? He was possibly one of our best pieces of business for what he gave the club. Chery can just be a late bloomer
  15. So three bids, of which if you believe the media being Amavi (nothing since the bid has been reported) secondly Begovic bid rejected (from warming the bench at Stoke to warming it at Chelsea) & the Chery bid also rejected. While we all understand the process of getting a good deal sometimes you just have to go in with a good/strong offer. If we keep doing this we will continue to miss out. Can't imganine him turning us down unless there's other after him with better prospects.
  16. If you do the actual Gwent quests it's kind of designed to let you win/get better cards. Also don't overlook inn keepers & what they sell/play them. The carry decent cards
  17. I always loved the Reebok kits, also fond memories wearing those. Half my text books at high school were villa line ups for the weekend a head.
  18. I'm 5 ft 8" & doubt anyone at Stoke could out muscle me (not to sound like a c*** just making a point)...just saying hight has nothing to do with strength, if anything this guy has a very athletic build.
  19. Confirmed as assistant manager just now.
  20. Just wondering would you have the said attitude towards ashley young? You're comparing him to Downing...really.
  21. Clasie will more than likely go to Southampton it would seem
  22. My gut feeling is that he will stay, unless we get some kind of offer just to good to refuse.... Reguardless of this supposed clause. Which of course Delph can refuse. He does seem very at home at the club, currently he's in the best run of his life/broken into the England team/Sherwood will no doubt build s midfield a round him. With Richards/Sinclair & other English player who have all left the club due to lack of playing time I just don't see it happening, Delph is a smart guy....not saying he could move a club trying to break the top 8. Just can't see him going to city. Think he'll stay for at least one more season but who knows he may just love it here to much to go. I think the clause was put in as a "worst cases scenario" with us in the sh** again
  23. If there's enough feed back to warrant it. I'm sure they're getting requests for s Gwent side game so you don't have to play the full game to have a few rounds. I'd love that.
  24. Well if that's true then excellent news
  25. The longer we don't have anything from the club/Delph in terms of a response the more this will run. Is Delph on Twitter? I don't partake in social media
