He’s only started 1 game out of 8 and averaged 30 mins per game. Played a few games on the left wing. Haven’t really followed his career post villa but certainly don’t hold a grudge against him. He’s making a career out of football so fair play to him and good luck to him.

Most of the targets there were near impossible, Luiz Henrique’s wife or girlfriend is due to give birth soon, Dembele’s agent apparently priced him out of moves, Guendouzi probably to expensive . There’s also Chelsea inflating the market. So many factors involved that we don’t know about. Imagine the uproar if we signed a gettable target in Jack Harrison or Alex Iwobi for £25m.

And yes there’s no reason to believe that Duran can’t play his part, he’s a physical strong lad that in its self’s half the battle.

By forward I mean a winger that can play wide central or wherever, Pino or Williams type.

Osorio didn’t move to any team so he either didn’t want to move or the all the clubs linked with him were not that interested. Bring Traore back was probably the safer option, hopefully we can buy a forward that actually improves us in the summer.

Was that the presser where he said he was happy with the squad and that we would only bring players in if they improve the squad? And that we would be particular about the players we brought in? Or in his words so demanding. And yes he did say we would like a specialist winger.
